Whisper Ridge Owners Association is a deed-restricted community in St. Augustine, Florida and sits on a sprawling 242.43 acres. The community consists of 405 single family homes broken into two phases Whisper Ridge and Whisper Ridge Reserve.  The large lot size of each home site allows for various outdoor fun. Access to the property is provided via three (3) entries, one (1) on State Road 16 and two (2) on County Road 208.

Whisper Ridge boasts over ninety-six (96) acres of beautiful open space and greenspace. Forty-four (44) acres of jurisdictional wetlands that are maintained in their original state, a little over thirty (30) acres of active recreational site, and secondary active and passive recreation areas, and twenty-two (22) acres of stormwater ponds.

The main Recreation Area located in the southwest corridor of the community has a little over fourteen (14) acres, consisting of a children’s play area, bicycle and automobile parking, with a large multipurpose field for future development of outdoor recreation ideas. 

Our secondary active recreation area is located directly on Whisper Ridge Drive which consists of a children’s play area with a beautiful pond view. A small passive recreation area is available to enjoy pond life sitting on a bench relaxing, located in the northwest corridor of the community off of N. Longneedle Drive.
